Since he began his professional practice in 2019, Juan Manuel has specialized in the structuring and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions for both domestic and cross-border transactions, advising national and international clients. He has also advised national and international clients on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and aspects related to the formation, modification, transformation, and liquidation of legal vehicles, as well as the negotiation of shareholder agreements.
