Samara has experience advising domestic and foreign issuers on securities offerings in the Mexican stock market, as well as advising various companies on the structuring of financing arrangements and the establishment of international debt funds.

Experience

Samara has participated in various corporate matters, including legal audits, as well as the maintenance and updating of corporate entities, implementing corporate governance and regulatory compliance standards in these entities.

She also has experience advising domestic and foreign issuers, financial institutions, and public sector entities on capital market transactions, including public and private offerings in the debt and equity markets, securitizations, and compliance with internal corporate obligations before stock exchanges and other competent authorities.

Her practice also includes experience in structured finance and the creation of international investment vehicles for operations in Mexico.
