Experience

Axel García has significant experience advising financial institutions, funds, development banks, investors, developers, contractors, and multilateral agencies in domestic and international transactions involving the structuring and restructuring of project financings under various legal, contractual, and financial arrangements, including the granting of guarantees in Mexico for loans governed by different jurisdictions.

Additionally, Axel has extensive experience in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, audits, and the development and implementation of corporate structures across diverse industries such as transportation, financial services, aeronautics, automotive, food services, infrastructure, and electric power (conventional and renewable), among others.

Regarding his experience in the capital markets area, Axel has advised issuers, underwriters, and other market participants across a wide array of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including the structuring of hybrid products, asset-backed securitizations, private placements, and liability management transactions.
