Profile

Since the beginning of his professional career, Agustín has been involved in legal, contractual, environmental, and regulatory matters related to the energy and environmental sectors, with experience in both Chile and Colombia. He has worked in multinational companies in the power generation area, as well as in renowned law firms in the fields of Environment, Natural Resources, and Public Utilities. He has experience in the development and financing of energy projects, the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of industry-specific contracts, and advising clients on corporate and environmental matters.
