Since he began his professional practice in 2013, Alejandro has focused on international tax law, business and corporate structuring and tax litigation. Likewise, in advising national and international companies of all sectors, on international taxation issues.

Experience 

Alejandro has extensive experience in strategic tax advisory, gained through his work at prominent law firms and international consulting firms. His practice has focused on wealth structuring, national and international tax planning, tax litigation, and comprehensive counsel to both public and private entities.

He has participated in the structuring of family wealth and the tax protection of assets for companies such as Seguros Sura; represented clients such as Avianca, Bavaria, and Previsora Seguros in tax litigation; and led tax planning and restructuring processes for organizations in the energy, commercial, and manufacturing sectors, including Guirnaldas.

In addition, he has provided comprehensive support to organizations in the social sector (NGOs and nonprofit entities), and was part of the advisory team for the tax structuring of the Bogotá Metro First Line project. His approach combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic understanding of the tax challenges organizations face in highly regulated environments.
