Since beginning her legal career in 2014, Andrea has represented a wide range of clients in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations.

Additional areas of expertise include company incorporation and liquidation, review of commercial contracts, franchising, shareholder representation in Shareholders’ Meetings, board advisory, and corporate governance matters.

She speaks Spanish, English and French. 

Experience 

Andrea has combined her local experience with an international practice gained during her time at a global firm based in Miami. Throughout her career, she has advised national and international clients on complex and high-profile transactions, including the sale of Avianca’s subsidiary to Talma Servicios Aeroportuarios, the acquisition of BRM S.A.S. and BRM Relationships Management by Alta Latin Holdings, the sale of Clínica Chía S.A. to Avidanti S.A.S., and the acquisition of Centelsa by Nexans. 

She has also been involved in key transactions such as the acquisition of a stake by Celsia Colombia in VG Mobility Fontibón, the acquisition of Celsia Move S.A.S. by VIP Green Mobility, and the acquisition and subsequent sale of the Briceño-Tunja-Sogamoso highway concession. In the energy sector, she has advised EDF Renewables Colombia on the development of pioneering renewable energy projects in the country. Additionally, she has participatedin notable capital markets processes, including the reopening of Credivalores’ bond issuance.
