Since beginning his legal practice in 2011, Carlos has focused on procedural, civil, and commercial law. 

He is an expert in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in matters related to civil liability, corporate disputes, unfair competition, intellectual property, real estate controversies, enforcement proceedings, and constitutional actions.

He speaks in Spanish and English. 

Experience 

Carlos combines solid experience in both the public sector and private practice. Before joining the Firm, he built a distinguished career within the Judicial Branch, where he held various positions including Senior Officer, Secretary, Judicial Assistant, Civil Judge (Municipal and Circuit Courts), and Legal Advisor at the Bogotá Superior Court. 

This experience provided him with in-depth knowledge of the Colombian judicial system from multiple perspectives, which today translates into a comprehensive and strategic approach to representing clients in complex litigation. His work across various judicial offices has enabled him to confidently handle civil, commercial, and procedural matters, offering a precise understanding of both procedural and substantive issues that impact the effective resolution of disputes.
