Profile 

Since beginning his legal career in 2015, Daniel has advised national and international companies on the design, negotiation, and execution of transactions for the development of real estate projects in Colombia. He also has experience conducting due diligence and reviewing urban planning matters related to the development of these projects.

Experience 

Daniel has a solid background in the structuring and execution of real estate transactions, gained through his work at top-tier law firms and in the corporate sector, where he was part of the legal team of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Throughout his career, he has participated in significant transactions such as the acquisition of fiduciary rights over the “Rivana Business Park” and “Plaza Fabricato” projects, and he provides ongoing legal counsel to companies like PriceSmart in the management of their real estate assets in Colombia. 

His approach combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic vision focused on risk mitigation and the optimization of infrastructure and real estate project development.
