Profile 

Since beginning her legal career in 2013, Daniela has advised public and private entities on matters related to public management, administrative law, public procurement, infrastructure, public policy design and implementation, regulatory law, and project execution.

She speaks in Spanish and English. 

Experience 

Daniela has held legal advisory roles in institutions such as the Office of the President of the Republic, the Ministry of Justice and Law, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, and the National Infrastructure Agency. Her work in these institutions allowed her to take part in the regulatory and technical structuring of high-impact projects, with a focus on public policy, regulation, and government contracting. In the private sector, she has provided legal counsel across various areas of administrative and regulatory law, including the development of urban accessibility models—such as the design of a proposal to improve sidewalk accessibility in Bogotá. Her experience combines a deep understanding of government operations with legal expertise applied to infrastructure and urban development projects.
