She joined the Firm as a Senior Associate in 2025. Daniela has focused her professional practice on competition law, consumer protection, and industrial property. She has extensive experience advising national and international companies in sectors such as information technology and telecommunications, healthcare, and the real economy.

Experience 

With a career that combines public sector experience and work at prominent law firms in the country, Daniela brings a strategic and comprehensive approach to regulatory, litigation, and compliance matters. She has worked at key institutions such as the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, where she served as advisor to the Superintendent’s Office, and at the First Section of the Council of State, as a designated judicial assistant. These roles have allowed her to deepen her expertise in high-level regulatory and contentious legal analysis. In the private sector, she has been part of well-regarded firms in the areas of administrative law, competition, and compliance. Since 2025, she has served as a Senior Associate at Gómez-Pinzón, advising clients on legal strategies for complex administrative proceedings, regulatory compliance, and risk prevention.
