Since he began his professional practice in 2012, Francisco has provided advice on corporate, tax and commercial law in law firms, companies and international organizations. Francisco Pamplona has a solid professional background in the legal sector, which began in 2010 as a paralegal at the Legal Services Chamber of ANDI and continued as an associate lawyer at a leading law firm between 2010 and 2016, where he developed experience in corporate, contractual, and foreign investment matters. From 2016 to 2021, he served as Senior Lawyer at the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia, handling strategic legal issues with national and international scope. In 2019, he completed an internship with the Department of Legal Affairs of the Organization of American States (OAS). Since 2021, he has worked as a Senior Associate at Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, advising companies such as Unísono on contractual, corporate, tax, labor, foreign investment matters, and the structuring of their operations in Colombia; Forest First on contractual and corporate matters; and Trafigura on corporate, foreign investment, and operational structuring issues in the country.
