Since he began his professional practice in 2013, Juan Pablo has focused on the areas of entertainment, technology, copyrights, distinctive signs, and franchises. During his professional career, he has advised national and international companies from different sectors, particularly cosmetics, food, entertainment, and technology.

Experience 

Juan Pablo began his professional career in 2014 as an intern at the Embassy of Colombia in the United States, where he became familiar with international and diplomatic affairs. He then joined a local law firm as a Junior Associate, gaining experience in intellectual property and corporate law. In 2016, he joined Gómez-Pinzón Abogados as an Associate and, due to his outstanding work, was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023. Throughout his career, he has advised companies such as Disney and TIS Productions on audiovisual productions, supported Helm Bank and Alicorp on intellectual property matters, and participated in the structuring of franchises for Prosalon. He has also led negotiations of technology agreements for Banco Coomeva and Alpina, overseen the technological implementation at Universidad de Los Andes, and defended Fox Telecolombia and RCN in intellectual property litigation.
