Profile

Laura has experience in constitutional litigation and public law, with an emphasis on the preparation of citizen interventions, public actions of unconstitutionality, and constitutional writs for the protection of fundamental rights (acciones de tutela). She completed her judicial clerkship at the Constitutional Court of Colombia, where she strengthened her expertise in constitutional review, the protection of fundamental rights, and the study of judicial precedents. She has participated in processes focused on the constitutional examination of laws and decrees, as well as the defense of constitutional principles and the effective guarantee of fundamental rights.
