Attorney with more than six years of experience in antitrust and competition law, personal data, and technology. Has earned experience in these fields by providing advice to local and foreign clients in merger control procedures, and abuse of dominance and cartel investigations. María Alejandra worked for the national antitrust authority leading investigations, leniency programs, dawn raids, and conducting hearings. She also has experience advising technology and entertainment companies designing and executing strategies to comply with industry and privacy regulations. She is Professor at the Law School of Universidad El Bosque.
