Natalia has advised various clients, including financial entities and companies, on regulatory matters relating the operation and risk management within the financial system in Colombia. Besides, she has advised financial entities on the risk level of particular investments in bond issuances and collective investment funds. Additionally, she has participated in the negotiation and structuring of credit agreements, trust agreements and other financing vehicles, as well as in the structuring of various guarantees within the framework of these operations.
