Profile

Since beginning her professional career in 2001, Natalia has served as legal advisor to both national and international clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as in acquisition, corporate, and project financing. She has extensive experience in contract negotiations and corporate advisory on the day-to-day operations of businesses.

Natalia has advised companies, investment banks, private equity funds, search funds, multilateral organizations, and other strategic investors on local and cross-border M&A transactions across various sectors.  She is known as a transactional lawyer with a strategic business perspective and is recognized for her work on diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession.

Experience

Natalia has been a partner at Pérez-Llorca since 2017 and joined the firm’s Executive Committee in 2024. Throughout her career, she has advised on high-profile transactions across sectors such as technology, healthcare, infrastructure, logistics, and energy. She has represented global companies and investment funds in major deals, including KKR’s acquisitions of TIGO’s telecom towers and Colombia Telecomunicaciones’ fiber optic assets, the purchase of Blu Logistics by Grupo Rhenus, and the acquisition of Hábitat Adulto Mayor by private equity fund Pegasus.

She also led transactions such as the sale of Clínica Chía S.A. to Avidanti S.A.S. (a subsidiary of Patria Investments Ltd), the acquisition of Celsia Move by VIP Green Mobility, and Merqueo’s investment round. Natalia was involved in the joint sale of interests in Clear Ocean and Bellomare to a global port operator, the sale of ExxonMobil subsidiaries to Copec/Terpel, and has advised Globant on strategic tech acquisitions. Her experience positions her as a key player in the M&A landscape in Colombia and the region.
