He joined the Firm as an Associate in 2014 and is currently a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Samuel has focused on the resolution of both domestic and international disputes, including international arbitration and extraordinary remedies before the Supreme Court of Justice.

Experience 

With a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution, Samuel has developed his career in both the public and private sectors. He began his professional experience within the Judicial Branch, working in various judicial offices, including civil and administrative courts in Bogotá. This allowed him to build a solid foundation in managing legal proceedings from an institutional perspective. He later joined Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, where he has served as an Associate and currently as a Senior Associate, consolidating his practice in complex litigation and arbitration. He has participated in the representation of major national and international companies in high-impact disputes, such as the defense of SONACOL in a domestic arbitration, the representation of Bennetton in a commercial lawsuit, as well as legal support to Servientrega and its founder in a significant corporate matter. He has also advised one of the country’s leading companies in the hydrocarbons sector on dispute resolution matters.
