Sandra joined the Firm as an External Senior Associate in 2022. Her focus has been on criminal law, and she is an expert in drafting and substantiating criminal law documents and constitutional actions, as well as in criminal litigation. 

Her work spans the early stages of investigations, and she possesses strong legal and interpersonal skills that allow her to take on both defense and victim representation. Her greatest strength lies in conducting preliminary hearings. 

She also has experience in the execution of criminal sentences, which gives her a comprehensive level of support and legal insight.

Experience 

With solid experience in high-profile criminal litigation, sanctioning law, and corporate liability, this attorney has built a distinguished career in handling complex matters in both the public sector and private practice. She began her career in the Judicial Branch, where she served as senior officer and secretary in various courts, and later worked as legal advisor for an entity within the healthcare system. Since 2016, she has been part of Fabio Humar Abogados, a firm specialized in corporate criminal law, where she has participated in the defense of clients involved in sensitive and strategic investigations. Since 2022, she has been collaborating as an External Senior Associate with Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, contributing her expertise in legal support for criminal investigations, corporate compliance, and sanctioning litigation.
