Profile

Sara is a member of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice group. She focuses her professional practice on advising financial institutions and companies of the real sector, both domestic and foreign, in different types of financing (corporate, structured and Project Finance). He also advises companies on debt issuance operations in national and international securities markets. Sara also works in regulatory banking, foreign exchange and derivatives and structured products consulting.
