Pérez-Llorca advised Promigas on the agreement entered into with Zelestra for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the companies that own Zelestra’s renewable generation platform in Latin America, with a presence in Colombia, Chile and Peru, comprising a portfolio of projects with a total contracted capacity of 1.4 GW, and an additional portfolio of projects under development of more than 2.1 GW.
The transaction marks an important step in the multi-energy strategy of Promigas, aligned with its regional expansion plan in clean energies and is one of the first issues jointly developed by the Pérez-Llorca teams in Colombia and Spain.
