The scope of advice included the negotiation and drafting of the Loan Agreement, the structuring of its accounting framework and related operational arrangements, (iii) the negotiation and drafting of a Master Trust Agreement to centralize and unify all transaction cash flows, the negotiation of amendments to business collaboration agreements, trust agreements, management and mandate agreements, and the management of existing indebtedness, among other transaction documents through which the refinancing was implemented.
Our advice enabled Grupo Pegasus to expand and reorganize its provision of services for older adults in Colombia, thereby consolidating its position as one of the leading reference providers for the care of this growing and important segment of the population in the country.
