The candidate should have between 7 – 10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on corporate and business law. Experience advising national and international clients is required in areas such as:
- Corporate matters
- Business law matters
- Implementation of corporate reorganization structures (spin-off, merger, transformation)
- Support in meetings of corporate bodies
- Corporate governance
- Dissolution and liquidation processes of companies
- General legal advisory
