We are seeking a Technical Professional (Tecnólogo) in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields to perform the core responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant.
Including agenda management, handling incoming and outgoing calls, filing and document organization, coordinating procedures with the messenger/courier area, drafting letters, among other administrative tasks.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in support roles and personnel organization is required. This person will also be responsible for supporting the coordination of the assistant team, including organization and task reassignment. An intermediate level of English and experience in service-oriented companies are essential.
