Knowledge management & innovation coordinator

At Pérez-Llorca, Gómez-Pinzón, we are driving the evolution of legal services through the integration of knowledge management, technology, and corporate innovation.

We are looking for a Law Professional to serve as a Knowledge Management & Innovation Coordinator to lead the design and implementation of initiatives that transform information, legal expertise, and data into engines of growth and differentiation for the firm.

This role is key to articulating the global innovation strategy, connecting internal knowledge with opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, automation, and new business models. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating the conditions for innovation to emerge, take shape, and deliver measurable results in efficiency, value, and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: Law degree (Mandatory). Postgraduate studies in Innovation, Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Knowledge Management, Innovation, or Legal Operations within law firms, consulting, or Big Four.
  • Tools & Technologies:
    • M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI)
    • Document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments)
    • Automation and CLM (Contract Express, Ironclad, etc.)
    • Applied AI (Harvey, Legora, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise)
    • Project management (Jira, Planner, Confluence)
  • Languages: Native Spanish; advanced English (B2–C1).
  • Competencies: Strategic and systemic thinking, business vision, storytelling and flawless communication, collaborative leadership, results-oriented mindset, and change management skills.
