Ana Gabriela is a member of the Environment, Agrarian and Social Impact Area, as well as Health Sciences and Health Regulation. His experience has focused on requesting and obtaining permits, concessions, authorizations and licenses in environmental and health matters before authorities such as the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT), the National Commission for the Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS) , the National Water Commission (CONAGUA), as well as the National Aquaculture and Fisheries Commission (CONAPESCA).

Experiencia
In health matters, it has supported clients in the request and monitoring of various procedures such as Operation Notices, Health Complaints, Health Consultations, legal advice regarding import requirements, storage and distribution of products regulated by the General Health Law and its Regulations, advice regarding advertising and labeling of products, such as foods, energy drinks, alcohol-added drinks, cosmetic products, as well as cosmetic products with CBD.
In the regulatory field, I have specialized in advising clients on the functioning and operation of real estate developments, including hotels located in the coastal area of Mexico.
