Experiencia
Specializing in the design of defense strategies, Andrea is dedicated to ensuring compliance and validation of authorizations, permits, and licenses for projects, including those with social considerations. Additionally, she has experience in managing procedures related to properties of public domain, such as the Federal Maritime Terrestrial Zone and Lands Gained from the Sea, as well as in processes for the disincorporation of national assets.
Andrea is also skillful across dispute resolution, including civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, as well as in foreign trade matters. She holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
