Experience

He has experience advising domestic and foreign issuers regarding debt and equity issuances in domestic and international markets. Similarly, Carlos has advised Latin American and US companies on several transactions, including debt restructurings through exchange offers, takeover bids, and consent requests. He is admitted to practice both in Mexico and New York.

Carlos also financial & banking services experience, by representing national and international lenders and borrowers in regard to the structuring and credit lines updates of public and private entities/agencies. Additionally, he has significant experience in M&A transactions with companies in various industries, including consumer/retail matters, sports betting (gaming), construction, and technology.

His international experience includes spending almost three years as foreign associate at two prestigious law firms in New York City.
