Sergio joined Pérez-Llorca in October 2024 as a Senior Associate. Previously, he worked at a boutique firm specializing in tax and administrative law, where he provided advisory services to national and international clients. His experience includes establishing companies in the country, implementing corporate restructuring, conducting tax reviews, issuing legal-tax opinions, and managing import operations, both provisional and final.

Experience
As an expert in his field, Sergio advises national and foreign companies before the Tax Administration, designing and implementing comprehensive strategies for managing audits and alternative dispute resolutions. Additionally, he drafts legal-tax opinions that facilitate financial and economic decision-making, ensuring his clients’ compliance with tax obligations.
Sergio also develops strategies for filing revocation appeals, annulment lawsuits, exclusive substantive resolution lawsuits, and amparo lawsuits, both direct and indirect. His work has achieved successful results, including the establishment of favorable jurisdictional precedents for taxpayers.
