Alejandro performs as a corporate, franchising, licensing and distribution, data protection and information technology lawyer. His practice is based on advising domestic and foreign companies in the design, implementation and monitoring of their operations and business structures in Mexico. In addition, Alejandro has participated in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, hiring and implementation of software as a service, and purchase and sale of assets and shares so that his clients can operate businesses in Mexico in an efficient manner.

Experience

Alejandro has experience in advising domestic and foreign clients in the design and legal planning of businesses, from the beginning of their operation in Mexico, to their day-to-day development. He has also participated in creating legal structures for the development of franchises, trademark licensing and distribution networks. Likewise, he assists his clients in the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts.

His practice also includes ongoing attention to the operation of clients in Mexico to facilitate their commercial activity and advises clients on their day-to-day legal needs, including corporate, contractual, commercial, and technological matters. He has also participated in corporate restructuring processes, as well as in share purchase and sale transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

In the technology field, Alejandro has worked on projects related to software as a service (SaaS) contracts, cloud services, technology compliance and personal data protection schemes.
