Daniela has experience in arbitration and litigation. Her practice is a mix of commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration before federal and local Courts, Centro de Arbitraje Mexicano and the International Chamber of Commerce for major national and international companies in different sectors including technology, media, entertainment, energy and retail.

Her experience also includes the representation of numerous companies on insolvency matters related to business reorganization and bankruptcy cases.

Daniela successfully advised one of the largest retail companies in their commercial matters and also represented the most popular streaming company with their constitutional remedies (amparo) with an aggregated value of US $250 million.

She is also active in the pro bono practice. Daniela’s experience includes civil trials before federal Mexican courts and American courts.
