Experience

Daniela has advised domestic and international clients on complex transactions, including acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and local capital markets offerings.

She has represented investment funds, financial institutions, and various types of investors in cross-border transactions, participating in the drafting and negotiation of agreements, legal due diligence processes, and regulatory compliance related to her areas of practice.

Previously, she worked as a junior attorney in the legal department of a venture capital fund, where she collaborated on corporate and regulatory matters related to the fund’s operations and its portfolio companies.
