María Inés is an experienced lawyer in both private and public law and sector. Her practice is focused on the assessment of highly regulated sectors, due diligence and compliance, administrative and taw controversy, project finance and structuring. She has also experience in the Supreme Court, leading the implementation of legal reforms, such as the Judicial Reform of 2021 regarding binding precedents and jurisprudence.
