Presented during COP30, this toolkit is part of the Women for the Escazú Agreement initiative, which seeks to strengthen the implementation of the Agreement throughout Latin America and support women land defenders and frontline communities. The guide provides practical tools to understand the national legal framework and the mechanisms to effectively exercise the rights to access environmental information, public participation and environmental justice, as well as the protection of environmental defenders. Through this collaboration, Pérez-Llorca reaffirms its commitment to Pro Bono work and to the promotion of human and environmental rights in the region.
