Published on June 3, 2025 in the Official Gazette, this rule reflects the Ministry’s response to structural shifts in global trade. It introduces an automatic notification scheme for the export of products such as beer, tequila, silver, mobile phones, cables, and catalytic converters. Exporters must submit individual requests per customs declaration, along with supporting information through the SNICE platform. Although initially set to enter into force on June 4, 2025, enforcement has been postponed to July 7, with applications accepted starting June 30.
