Requirements

• Degree in Law, Advertising and PR, Business Administration, Marketing.
• Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word).
• High level of English (C1).

Role

• Supporting the management and preparation of the firm’s documentation for legal rankings and directories such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Euromoney, etc., as well as for national and international League Tables.
• Assisting drafting texts in English for international directories.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports analysing the firm’s results and positioning in terms of awards and recognition.
• Supporting managing and organising the annual calendars with the deadlines for each editorial.
• Collaborating with the inter-office coordination of directory strategy and League Tables.
