Experience

Álvaro’s practice focuses on financing transactions, advising banks, funds, and sponsors on local and international deals. Over the course of his career spanning more than 15 years, he has participated in a wide variety of banking and capital markets transactions, including some of the largest and most innovative transactions in the Peruvian market. Álvaro was an international associate at the New York office of a leading global law firm.
