In 2025, Ana joined the firm as an Associate in the Competition and Regulatory practice area. Throughout her professional practice, she has focused on consumer protection, consumer compliance, unfair competition, mergers, intellectual property, and data protection, particularly in the retail, real estate, and education sectors.

Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ana worked as a Legal Assistant in the Competition practice of a leading Peruvian law firm and as a Legal Analyst in a multinational group, experiences that strengthened her practice in consumer protection, advertising regulation, and data protection.
Her career includes ongoing advisory services to both domestic and international companies, particularly leading businesses in the education, retail, and real estate sectors, in the design of compliance strategies as well as in risk prevention and mitigation measures.
She also has solid experience in handling consumer claims, inspections, administrative requests, and sanctioning proceedings related to the specific obligations applicable to private schools and real estate companies. In addition, she has developed extensive expertise in the comprehensive review of digital platforms through which companies communicate with their customers, in order to proactively assess compliance with advertising regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy policies, and the potential existence of unfair contractual clauses or abusive commercial practices in terms and conditions.
Recently, she was part of the firm’s legal team responsible for obtaining prior clearance from Indecopi for a significant merger control transaction in the Peruvian market.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
She has been on the Board of Directors of the Asociación Civil THĒMIS and a member of the Editorial Board of the legal platform Enfoque Derecho. She is currently an extraordinary member of the association.
