His practice focuses on labor and employment law, occupational health and safety, and social security. He advises clients on both individual and collective labor law matters, including the management and defense of labor inspections before SUNAFIL and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) and Regional Labor and Employment Promotion Directorates. He also advises companies on employment contracting, labor dispute management, labor audits, compensation planning, termination mechanisms, pay equity, and the identification and management of labor-related risks associated with third-party service providers.
