Experience

Arturo has more than 34 years of experience advising companies in the financial and infrastructure sectors, as well as on mergers and acquisitions transactions and high net worth individuals. His practice has focused particularly on the structuring and tax treatment of financial transactions and project finance, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, tax efficiency, and advice in tax audits and tax litigation proceedings.

Previously, he was a Partner at two Big Four audit firms in Peru and, from 2014 to 2026, served as the Tax Practice Leader at both firms.

 Academic and Publishing Collaborations

He has taught undergraduate and graduate tax courses at Universidad de Lima, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, ESAN, and USIL. He has authored various articles for specialized publications.
