Bruno Amiel joined the firm in 2000 as an associate and was appointed a partner in 2010. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, project finance, dispute resolution, and commercial, corporate and civil law. He also heads the firm’s Corporate Compliance Department.

Experience
Bruno has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having led transactions both in Peru and in other countries in the region under local and foreign law, in collaboration with some of the region’s leading law firms. He has also advised on project finance and dispute resolution, including investment arbitration. Between 2003 and 2004, he furthered his international career as an associate at the Washington, D.C. office of White & Case LLP. Since 2013, he has been a lecturer in Corporate Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, the institution where he also qualified as a lawyer, and holds a Master of Laws with a specialisation in International Finance from Harvard University.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
He has been a professor of Corporate Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú since 2013. Likewise, he has taught various courses at the Universidad del Pacífico and the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, including the Master’s in Business Law.
