His professional experience specializes in the prevention and resolution of disputes, especially arbitrations and litigations of a commercial, civil, constitutional, and administrative-litigious nature. Diego has developed his expertise in litigation related to sectors such as energy, infrastructure, competition, and environmental matters. He has also participated in disputes involving expropriation claims and asset confiscations. Furthermore, he has experience in individual and class action lawsuits concerning liability for damages.
