Experience

His experience focuses on advising public and private institutions on labor law matters, managing individual and collective labor relations, social security obligations, and labor and immigration administrative procedures.

He also has experience in the formulation and implementation of socio-labor policies and regulations, having served as Coordinator in the Technical Secretariat of the National Council for Labor and Employment Promotion, Advisor to the Vice-Ministerial Office of Labor, and Coordinating Attorney for the General Directorate of Labor at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

He has been a professor in the Diploma of Specialization in Regulation and Strategic Management of Labor Relations (2022-2023) at the Finance & Regulation Institute of Esan University.

He has also been an adjunct professor and professor for the courses on Globalization and Decent Work (2015-2020) and Academic Work Seminar (2021), as well as a teaching assistant for the General and Special Labor Law courses at PUCP (2008-2009).
