Enrique Felices is a partner at the firm, which he joined in 2000 and rejoined in 2018 following a spell in the civil service. His practice focuses on the development and financing of infrastructure projects, corporate finance, multilateral finance, capital markets, regulation, merger control and competition law.

Experience
Enrique has been involved in some of Peru’s most significant financial transactions and competition cases in recent years. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Head of the Advisory Cabinet to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and as Peru’s Special Presidential Representative to the OECD in Paris, whilst also serving as a director of COFIDE, the Development Bank of Peru. Previously, he was an associate in the Corporate Law department at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York (1997–2000) and Technical Secretary of the Commission for the Suppression of Unfair Competition at INDECOPI (1995–1996). He is a university lecturer and a regular speaker on infrastructure, finance and competition, both in Peru and abroad.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Enrique has extensive experience in academia, regularly teaching Competition Law and Merger Control at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, as well as at other universities in Peru. He has published numerous articles in legal press and specialized journals and is a frequent speaker on his specialty subjects both in Peru and abroad.
