Profile

Eric joined the firm in 2008 as an associate and has been a partner since 2019. His practice focuses on advising on employment relations, collective bargaining, health and safety at work, as well as inspection procedures and labour litigation for companies in the country’s main economic sectors.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

His experience includes legal advice on labor relations, collective bargaining, occupational health and safety, as well as inspection procedures and labor judicial processes. Likewise, he has previous experience in local law firms and in the Academy of American and International Law program in Dallas, Texas.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

He is a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad del Pacífico and has been a teacher in the Human Resources Specialization Program at Pacífico Business School.
