As a partner in the Projects team, Guillermo has experience across the full spectrum of mining-related activities: from leading due diligence for the acquisition of mining companies or concessions, and also the development of the exploration, permitting, construction, and production phases. He also possesses an extensive track record in leading M&A transactions and project financing within the mining industry, having participated in key transactions in the Peruvian mining sector.

His experience also extends to the hydrocarbons (oil and gas) sector. his practice in this area includes transactional advice on high-level mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as solid expertise in regulatory matters and other sector-specific issues. Furthermore, he has participated in the development of major infrastructure projects. Furthermore, he has international experience in New York.
