His practice focuses on Insolvency Law and Corporate Restructuring, advising debtors and creditors in some of the most significant and complex insolvency proceedings conducted before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), as well as in corporate reorganization, refinancing, dissolution, and liquidation processes, both within and outside formal insolvency proceedings.

He regularly participates in complex transactions involving financially distressed companies, providing strategic advice on insolvency, commercial, and corporate law matters.

His experience includes, among other areas, the analysis and management of risks associated with acquisitions of distressed companies and assets, as well as the preparation of specialized corporate and insolvency reports. In addition, he advises clients on corporate reorganization, refinancing, dissolution, and liquidation processes, as well as asset sales, and on various aspects related to the filing, administration, and development of insolvency proceedings before INDECOPI.
