Profile

Katherine Torres joined the corporate practice in September 2009 and has been a counsel since 2022. In 2015, she worked as an international attorney at the law firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine worked for two years as an associate in the corporate and finance practice of a prestigious national law firm. Before that, she worked for two years in the legal department of a multinational company.

Her professional practice focuses on corporate and business law, specializing in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and domestic and transnational joint ventures across different sectors. Katherine also has extensive experience providing strategic advice to various domestic and international companies on the design, negotiation and execution of commercial and civil contracts, as well as on matters of corporate law and corporate governance.
