Lucero’s practice focuses on judicial litigation and arbitration. She has primarily advised companies in civil, commercial, constitutional, and administrative litigation proceedings, with particular emphasis on claims and the recovery of significant receivables against the Peruvian government and various public entities.
Studies:
Her working languages are Spanish and English.
Experience
Lucero joined the Firm in 2017 and was named Associate in 2022. Throughout her career, she has represented domestic and international companies across a wide range of industries, including fishing, mining, telecommunications, energy, and regulatory sectors, among others. She has also successfully recovered significant receivables on behalf of local and international companies in payment proceedings against the Peruvian government and various public entities. Lucero also has experience in disputes related to family estate management and succession matters.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Lucero is as a teaching assistant for the course “Typical Means of Evidence” within the Second Specialization Program in Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
In addition, Lucero has co-authored an academic article on civil procedural law entitled “The Importance of Testimonial Evidence in Peruvian Civil Proceedings.”
