Experience

Luis Marcelo has extensive experience in the development of infrastructure, energy and natural resources projects, having represented companies in the energy, oil and gas sectors on financial, regulatory and contractual matters. He has been involved in a wide range of financing and acquisition transactions and regularly advises both Peruvian and foreign companies. He also has experience in structured finance, banking and finance, and insolvency and restructuring. Previously, he was a member of a leading local law firm and of Mayer, Brown & Platt in Chicago between 1995 and 1996.
