Profile

Luzmila Zegarra focuses her professional practice on providing legal advice on environmental regulatory matters to national and foreign companies in various sectors, as well as carrying out strategic legal planning of permits for new projects or ongoing activities. Likewise, she provides legal representation in administrative sanctioning and judicial proceedings and advises on the adaptation and compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety obligations, with more than 15 years of experience in the mining, hydrocarbons, electricity, industry, transport, and agribusiness sectors, among others.
